Disclaimer: While all of the apartments rented by Cornerstone Housing Partners are considered affordable, some are also subsidized, meaning the household pays only 30% of its income and the remainder is covered by federal program funds. In order to qualify for a subsidized apartment, the household must meet income and program requirements. All completed applications for subsidized apartments are processed in the order they are received, and the applicant is then placed on a waitlist. Available apartments are rented to those households who are fully approved and have reached the top of the waitlist.
