Efficiency Vermont Home Energy Loan Program

Cornerstone Housing Partners is a proud participating lender in the Efficiency Vermont Home Energy Loan program, which offers discounted interest rates based on household income.

• 0% interest financing for low and moderate income Vermonters.
• Finance 100% of your project, up to $25,000 for qualifying Efficiency Vermont Home Energy Improvements.
• No closing costs, loan terms of up to 15 years.

Qualifying projects when installed by an Efficiency Excellence Network (EEN contractor) can include:
