The annual Raise the Roof Halloween Spooktacular—presented by Naylor & Breen Builders — will take place on October 30th, 2026 at Southside Steakhouse. The 2025 event brought together a vibrant cross section of our community, all dressed in their Halloween best, and raised over $20,000 in support of affordable housing. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who attended—and to all our generous sponsors who made the night possible.
